Francisco Sagarduy (in religious life, Gerardo de San Francisco) was a professed religious Brother of the Congregation of the Passion of Jesus Christ.

Originally from Spain, he devoted most of his life to the service of his confreres of the Generalate of Sts. John and Paul, Rome, where he worked as a porter for about 60 years. During World War I and World War II and the post-war periods he prepared hot food for hundreds of hungry, poor people who flocked every day to the front door of the Retreat.

He was declared Venerable in 1991.
