Eraldo Amantini (in religious life, Candido dell’Immacolata) was a professed priest of the Congregation of the Passion of Jesus Christ.

Intellectually gifted, his principal apostolate was teaching theology to his fellow religious, together with the ministry of exorcist, which he exercised for about thirty years, at the Pontifical Shrine of the Scala Santa in Rome. He combined a fervent life of prayer with an austere and penitential life, which enabled him to offer himself as a victim for the conversion of sinners.

The diocesan inquiry ended in 2016.
